National and international films related to Human Rights in its broadest sense, whether documentary, fiction, experimental, animation, video, among others, which have not been exhibited in Uruguay before the festival will be able to participate.

This year the theme of the festival is "Women" in roles that challenge stereotypes and bring new perspectives and looks at the conceptualization of human rights. We will pay special attention to these films; however, the festival is open to any film related/about human rights.

Production year: 2014

Those films that are in a language other than Spanish must be at time of registration with the subtitles, otherwise they kwill not be considered for selection.

New category, national and international films about "Human Rights for Children and Adolescents" that are aimed at children and teen audience into two age groups: children between 6 and 11 years and adolescents aged 12 to 17 years.

Short films: Up to 18 minutes.

Feature films: Over 60 minutes.
