The productions must have been completed after January 1, 2012.
 
Any production (fiction, animation, documentary, experimental) must be submitted to the selection committee.

The films must reflect the editorial line of NCR: the film festival of nature and the environment.
 
The duration of the film should not exceed 60 minutes. Ads and industrial films are not accepted.
 
Imperatively foreign films must be dubbed or subtitled in French.
