2. If language of the film is other than English, it must be dubbed or sub-titled in English

1. Short Fiction (up to 30 minute)

2. Short Documentary (up to 30 minute)

3. Short Animation (up to 30 minute)

4. Student Film (Short Fiction, Documentary & Animation, under 15 minute)

5. Mobile Film (under 15 minute)

6. Web Series (submit maximum 10 web series)

7. DELHI SPECIAL

(Duration up to 30 minute, Submit short fiction or short documentary only)

7A. DELHI BOL DELHI POL (Film should be based on Delhi politics, Delhi development and New Delhi how make Delhi to New Delhi.)

7B. CLEAN DELHI GREEN DELHI (Film should be based on Clean Delhi and Green Delhi theme.)

7C. FAIRER & FEARLESS DELHI (Any subject which create Fairer & Fearless Delhi, which empower to citizen, children and women’s that they can live in Delhi without any fear)

7D. COLORFUL DELHI & CULTURAL DELHI (Any film based on Delhi culture, history, traditions etc.)
