The festival is open to all filmmaker over 18 years, individually and collectively, regardless of nationality or country of residence.

The theme of the films should be focused on children and young people from 3 to 12 years. Animation, real image, stop-motion and other methods are accepted.

The duration of films for children from 3 to 7 years might not exceed 20 minutes, and the maximum lenght of films for children from 8 to 12 years  is 35 minutes.

The films may be without dialogues and if the original version is not spanish, they should have spanish subtitles.

Each author and / or group can submit as many films as they want to, and there is not limit in the production year.
