- The Festival is open to all those films, regardless of gender (fiction, documentary and animation) or support.

- For Feature Length films Competition, will be consider those films with a duration of more than 61 minutes.

- For Short category, works must have a duration of no more than 25 minutes, between artistic and credits.

- Will be accepted works that have been produced and/or premiered (whatever was the way) after March 2015.
