Any Argentine or foreign citizen, of legal age at the time of enrollment, residing or not in Argentina, may register as “Contest Participant.”
LENGTH: Participating films must be, at most, 20 minutes long (20´), including titles and credits.
LANGUAGE: Short films in languages other than Spanish must be subtitled in Spanish.
Only the films from 2018 onwards may participate in the contest.
