• Open call to submit short movies, from 3 and up to 10 minutes in length, of any genre.
• Films must have been completed any time in the last 2 years. (From December 31, 2014 until February 2017).
• Submissions may be from any country.
• Non-English films will be also accepted but must have English subtitles.
