- The Houston Latino Film Festival is collaborating with Multicultural Education and Counseling through the Arts (MECA) for a free screening of shorts celebrating the theme of Día de los Muertos.
- Short Films are films 30 minutes or less.
- This event is open to professional and non-professional filmmakers working in the United States or abroad.
- Eligible entries must have a Latino(a) in an "above the line" position (Producer, Director or Writer) and/or subject matter must have a relevant theme to the Latino/Hispanic community and especially to Día de los Muertos.
