It aims to bring academics, filmmakers, artists, journalists and intellectuals together and to encourage greater understanding among people and cultures in an international context of the Mediterranean basin countries (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco).

The Festival accepts short films produced in the following categories: FICTION, DOCUMENTARY, EXPERIMENTAL and ANIMATION.

The Festival only accepts short films no longer than 20 minutes.

Films should have been shot by during the years 2015 and 2016 in any format.

All films must be with English subtitles (please attach English dialogue list for Turkish subtitles translation).
