Festival aimed to short films, whether they are fiction, documentary or animated films, produced after 1st Jan 2017 and shorter than 20 minutos long (15 min for animation films). There is also a Music Video competition for Colombian filmmakers (up to 6 minutes lenght).

All non Spanish language submissions must have Spanish subtitles.
