CROSSING THE SCREEN is an international short film festival, meant to showcase innovative and independent forms of visual art from all over the world. 

  • Feature Narrative Films filmed in any film, video or digital format with a duration of up to 100 minutes (including credits) that completed production after November 26th, 2015 are eligible.
  • Short Narrative, Documentary, Experimental and Animation Films filmed in any film, video or digital format with a duration of up to 45 minutes (including credits) that completed production after November 26th, 2015 are eligible.

Crossing The Screen welcomes all genre and kind of films.

Foreign language submissions must be submitted with English subtitles.

AWARDS:

The winning feature film will also receive the ‘Crossing The Screen’ statuette award and £400 in cash.

The winning short film will also receive the ‘Crossing The Screen’ statuette award and £200 in cash.

MMBF Rising Star Award: £150 + Opportunities to get work experience within the Film Industry (UK Only).
