The 1st International Animated Film Competition for Young Artists (age limit for entrants is 30 years).

Art schools, film schools, production companies, film institutions, independent artists and other entitled may submit films to the competition. Entrants can submit to the Competition: short animated films created in any animation technique, up to 20 minutes, completed after 31st December 2013. 

English subtitles should be burned onto the video (burned in subtitles)
