Short film should focus on the following themes: Environment and Development, Multiculturalism and Human Rights and Development.

Works from anywhere in the world will be accepted, but those that are not in Spanish and Valencian have to be presented with subtitles in Spanish.

Duration of works up to 25 minutes.

There is no limitation on the year of production.
