For all submissions (International, Baltic Student and Baltic Music Video competitions) a Latvian festival premiere of the work must be guaranteed. 

International Competition:

1. Admitted are works of all genres that do not exceed a length of 30 minutes.

2. Productions entering the International Competition must have been completed after 1 January 2014. 

3. English subtitles. 

Baltic Student Shorts Competition

The Baltic Student Competition is meant to present new talents from Baltic countries that show artistic developments and/or particular new tendencies, in short film.

1. Admitted are works of all genres that do not exceed a length of 25 minutes.

2. The submitted films must have been completed after 1 June 2014.

Baltic Music Video Competition

1. Admitted are videos that do not exceed a length of 8 minutes.

2. Productions entering the International Competition must have been completed after 1 June 2014.
