Festival’s 2015 theme: Dare to dream, make a difference.

The festival will only accept Zambia and African films in competition. However, films from all over the world are welcome for screenings only.

• The maximum for short films is 30 min.
• Feature films are up to 120 minutes.

In addition to the 2015 theme there are two special themes:

Artist and Disability rights will be in competition.

The films should have been produced within the last five years.

English subtitles.
