The festival is proposed as a meeting and discussion for audiovisual products developed and manufactured independently by young people, promoting awareness and dissemination of their creative and expressive languages about feelings and products specifically made to highlight emotions, fears, adrenaline, joy, disappointment, hopes, dreams ... will be excluded films that stand apart from the above and movies with special violent, pornographic and political images.

Films must have been made by filmmakers people between 14 and 30 years old.

Maximum running time; 10 minutes.

Films in a foreign language must have Italian subtitles.
