International movies with various spoken language are welcomed, but must be added with English subtitles or dubbed in English.

CATEGORIES:

International Feature Films: Feature length narratives with a minimum running time of 60 minutes.

International Short Films: Short narrative films with run time of 59 minutes and below.

Documentary Feature: Documentaries over 60 minutes in length.

Documentary Short: Documentaries with run time of 59 minutes and below.

Newcomer: The film director must stated that the movie is his or her third movie (or under) on his/her application.

Package: Juries will judge every detail of the film/documentary, such as directing, story, acting, cinematography, sound, hair-make up, music, production design. The Festival will give separate awards for each selected aspect.

When a filmmaker choose to submit a package, he or she can expect that we'll value all details in his or her film, and give awards separately whenever juries thinks it is outstanding. It is similar to apply to directing, story, acting, cinematography, sound, hair-make up, music, production design categories, etc, as well as the film/documentary itself.
