he participating short films must tell social stories with the aim of showing a cinema full of diversity and commitment: video or film pieces, with a free theme and filming technique (see FORMATS section), made in any filming system, as well as in any genre. Duration between five 5 minutes and 20 minutes, including credits.

The following are eligible to participate:

Individuals and legal entities, legally constituted, owning the rights to the short films they submit.

The School Film Section is open to all Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training Schools in Spain, whether public, private or state-subsidised. The short films submitted must have a teacher as a tutor.

Short films submitted by students from Film Schools or higher grades will not participate in the School Film Section, and will automatically enter the Official Section.

Short films of any nationality, shot or premiered between 1/1/2024 and 15/05/2025 can be submitted.
