The Festival is organized by the Non-Profit Organization ARMENIAN FOUNDATION FOR PROMOTION OF CINEMA AND TV FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ROLAN BYKOV FOUNDATION.

- Armenian and international works are entitled to participate in the official competition in film as co-productions made during the years 2020-2024.

- The works can be presented in the official competition or else in the non-competitive section of the festival. 

- The films of 55’ or plus duration will be considered "feature films". Those of less duration will be considered “short films”.

- All films must be subtitled in English (except those in English).
