Central theme is "the sea": sea as a source of life , nutrition , philosophy , history , people , danger, challenge , adventure , needs , myth , wellbeing , border , legend , poetry.

SECTION FOR SHORT FICTION – short film (published or unpublished) on the stories and events inspired to the theme specified in the first point  of this announcement, with a maximum permitted duration of 15 minutes.

SECTION FOR DOCUMENTARY – documentary (published or unpublished), inspired to the theme specified in the first point and: marine environment of flora and fauna, its protection, sports activities at sea, cultural exchanges and productive etc.. Maximum duration permitted 50 minutes.

SECTION FOR SHORT ANIMATION - short animation film (published or unpublished) on the stories and events inspired to the theme specified in the first point  of this announcement, with a maximum permitted duration of 15 minutes.
