"Emptiness" is this year's theme.

Open to documentaries, fiction and animation films related to the theme of the festival, also, there is an out of competition section for works that do not fall into this years theme.

All films must have been produced after 2013.

Short films duration: up to 15 minutes (credits included)

The following categories may participate in the festival:

a. Institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education's and film and video workshops for children and adolescents.

b. Independent Producers (no age limit) and Film Art Institutions worldwide .

For category A, the work must be entirely made ​​by students (writing, directing, technical areas). Students and/or non students may participate in the performances, always according to the criteria of the filmmakers. They may also be accompanied by a faculty advisor for post-production tasks. Each team may consist of all the students who wish to, and as long as they belong to the same institution. Each entry must have a faculty advisor in charge of it.

For Category B, the work presented by a Film Art Institutes must have the endorsement of the establishment to which they represent. The shorts in this category must have a person in charge of the project.
