GAVAMÓN is a film and human rights festival, managed by the Equality and Citizenship Department of the Gavà Town Council.
The content of short films must be related to at least one of the following five rights included in the Global Charter-Agenda for Human Rights in the City. Otherwise they will be excluded.
• Right to a participative democracy
• Right of women and men to equality
• Right of children
• Cultural rights
• Right to a sustainable urban development

Entries must have a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
Maximum one film per person, organisation or association.
Films may be mute or with sound if they are in Catalan or Spanish. It they are in any other language, they will have to include subtitles in one of these two languages otherwise they will be removed from the contest.
