This festival is focused on audiovisual proposals related to social inclusion.  Mobile Cinema understands social inclusion acts as those that help normalize, insert and ensure equal participation in society of people with difficulties regardless of whether their needs are, physical, psychological or social.

Narrative and animation short films: 20 minutes maximum.

Documentary short Films: 30 minutes maximum.

Works produced after January 1, 2012 will be accepted.

Each director or producer may submit a maximum of 3 short films.

The author or representative of the work shall be older  than 18 years old.

Works in a different language than Spanish should be subtitled in Spanish.

Each work may participate only in one section.
