DOCUMENTARY FEATURE: Documentary feature with run time over 60 minutes in length

NEWCOMER FILM: We welcome newcomer in the movie industry. The film director must stated that the movie is his or her third movie (or under) on his/her application. Newcomer (Film) is for short film and feature length narrative.

NEWCOMER DOCUMENTARY: For short and documentary feature. The film director must stated that the movie is his or her third movie (or under) on his/her application.
