This festival is open to international filmmakers. Contestants can submit as many works as they wish, as long as they have been produced after 1st January 2013 and they don’t exceed 30 minutes of length. Works must be spoken, subtitled or translated into Spanish or English.

International An international selection of short fiction films intended to illustrate the diversity of plot, aesthetical features and gender in the current worldwide production of the short film format.

Animation The section includes six programs of national and international animated short films of various formats, such as the classic cartoon or stop-motion.

Documentary The short-form documentary is one of the most ignored genres in film festivals even though it finds itself in a period of great vitality and strong growth. These are aggressive works that allow us to recognize and take interest in certain aspects of reality far removed from our daily lives.

Oblique The innovation and creative freedom of the short format film is reflected in this section. Here you will find the riskier short works, original and creative both at narrative and formal level
