To participate in the Festival, the selection criteria will be: artistic excellence, technical and cinematic; contribution to the visual presentation of material on global Latino culture relevance to the disciplinary interests, geographic and thematic Latinos .

Special consideration will be given to films completed after January 2013 and those that premiere in Houston Meeting 2014 if they meet the conditions already listed.

English subtitles, and it possible, in german, french or italian.
