The competition is open to short films of all genres (fiction, animation, music, documentaries, experimental), shot in any format, lasting no longer than 15 minutes (opening titles and closing credits included).

Must be produced by schools, associations and private citizens after January 1, 2009.

The plot of the play should be based on the theme of crisis. More specifically: "Crisis; balance between the broken dreams and opportunities."

For any films in a foreign language, subtitles are required in Italian.

One work by author will be allowed.
