Open to short films up to 20 minutes long from any part of the Earth and beyond, made from January 2012 onwards.

The film may have not been presented in previous editions of the Festival. Each author may submit as many works as they want. All genres and styles are accepted, including live action, documentary, animation, drama, comedy, children's films, science fiction, horror, GLBT, etc..
