Festival open to any production finished in 2012 and 2013. Fiction, animation, documentary, television or experimental are eligible.

If the original version of the films is not french, they must have french subtitles.

The official section includes five competitive sections: feature films (cinema and television), short films, documentaries (no time limit), animation and television video.
