SHORTS ELCO IBEROAMERICA AND ELCARIBE FILM FEST will be open to the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela. In addition to the three Iberian Peninsula countries - Andorra, Spain, Portugal and the Caribbean countries.

Films made after 1st August 2021 to 1st August 2022.

Short films up to 30 minutes.

Spoken in Spanish or with Spanish subtitles.

The exhibition date for all registered works will be from 25 to 31 August 2022 on the ELCOplay platform.
