  • The festival is open to all producers, film makers and cinematographers
  • The festival theme is free of choice.
  • All documentary film categories and productions done after January, 1st, 2020, are accepted in the festival.
  • Each participant can enroll 1 or 2  productions.

 Romanian or English subtitling is required for the foreign films, while the Romanian ones will be subtitled in English
