All film entries must be in English, or dubbed or subtitled in English.

All film entries must have been completed after September 2018 to be eligible for the 2021 competition.

The action of the film and the stories should be culturally authentic, timely, and of universal appeal.

Proofs required provingthe status of youth or current students. Films that fail to provide proofs will not be considered for official selections.
